10km Run
For any level runner who can run for 50 mins - 1 hour. Rob Callow (Active4Lesshove, training coach) offers free running advice on all aspects of running - technique, racing, improving running fitness and training plans. During each run there will be a 10 minute fitness session. Every run contains a thorough warm up and stretch.
