Do you spend hours each week in high energy/impact classes or lifting heavy weights on the gym floor? Or perhaps you just need to unwind from a stressful week? This class is a gentle blend of Pilates, full body stretching and relaxtion to give your body a well deserved recovery and stretch.
The class is suitable for all levels. It involves standing stretches and floor work to gently strengthen the core and stretch the major muscle groups within the body - back, hamstrings, shoulders, chest and hips. The class finshes with a 10-15 minute yoga-yoga inspried relaxation. Let your body unwind and clear your mind.
