Running at Active4less in association with HAVIT Fitness
This club is run by Rob Callow from HAVIT Fitness. Rob provides the Active4less Members and non-members a fantastic range of runs aimed at all levels of jogger and runner.
As an Active4less member you have access to 2 runs a week as part of the class timetable:
Monday’s 6.00p.m. - 5km outside guided run with Rob Callow. This run is for those runners who can run for 30-40 minutes. The pace, as with all the runs will be tailored to the members or non members who attend the run. Just £2 for Active4less members and £6 for non members.
Wednesday’s 6.30p.m. – 10km mid week training run. This run is for regular runners and is lead by Rob Callow and is aimed at those people who take part in or would like to take part in 10k’s. He offers advice and support for anyone training for to race in a 10k. Each week he plans and emails the 10k route to the Running at Active4less club in the weekly newsletter. Just £2 for Active4less members and £6 for non members.
Other runs at Active4less with Rob Callow from HAVIT:
Tuesday’s 6.45p.m. – 30 minute Fitness session in Hove Park. Every session is designed to work on fitness. Through a mixture of sprints, hill sprints, interval training and repeats these sessions will have you working at your lactate threshold and helping to bring down your times for 5k, 10k, half marathon’s and marathon’s! This is £3 per run. This session is held in Hove Park.
Sunday’s 9.00a.m. – Brighton marathon Training Long run. From January til April 2012 this run will take place on Sunday mornings. It’s a pre-planned route emailed to regular participants during each week. It’s a great way to get through the long run with other fellow Marathon runners. This is £3 per run. Meet point is Active4less unless otherwise stated on the run club calendar.
