Hello, I'm Lisa and I teach Hatha Yoga.

I like to work from the inside out, helping your connect to more than just the muscular skeletal system in the body. We will work with developmental movement patterns and universal principles such as gravity to explore ourselves through the practice of yoga. It is my intention to help you experience your body from within.

Hatha Yoga helps us become more aware of our selves through sensing and feeling into our breath and our body. Asanas (yoga poses) were designed as therapeutic movement to undo tension in the body & help to bring quiet to the mind. My most recent teacher training was with the highly regarded teacher Donna Farhi in New Zealand. I completed the advanced teacher training there in January 2010.
