I have a background in dance and started learning Pilates at Ballet school in 1987 with Alan Herdman, founder of the UK’s first Pilates studio. Having felt the benefits of Pilates myself, I wanted to train to teach others and I qualified as a Pilates Foundation teacher in 2007 after extensive training in London.

I strive to help clients achieve their physical potential through developing a healthy and happy body, working with all ages and abilities, and those recovering from injuries.

Pilates on a Sunday morning is a great way to start the day feeling calm, stretched, energised and prepared for whatever the week has in store!
